Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your model during the first 7 days after the delivery of your order, we will either replace the product or refund you at full cost, models should be in their original packaging and condition and must pass inspection before a refund can be issued, outside of this time we can charge a 15% administrative fee or reject the return.

If the return is due to our error or receive a defective model, the shipping costs will be covered by us.

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your credit, we will issue a full refund which will be credited back to the original form of payment.

El Aviador Models commitment will always be FREE SHIPPING available to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

The delivery method is with the “Economy Shipping” service in USPS with an estimated time of 3 to 10 days. El Aviador Models will always do their best to make this time as short as possible.
