• Understand that we may cancel any order, due to this we reserve the right to reject the service at our discretion for any reason at all times. • El Aviador Models will always do everything possible to have a model in your hands as soon as possible including the preorder models that your delivery dates are estimated and may change without notice by some factors beyond our control and not limited to such as operational changes in transportation, delays in customs and ports, etc.

If you want to cancel your order we must deduct 20% of the value of the item for administrative expenses.

• If you are not satisfied with your model during the first 7 days after the delivery of your order, we will either replace the product or refund your full cost. If the return is due to our error, the shipping costs will be covered by us, if the return is due on your part, you will be charged 25% of the value of the model for administrative expenses which must be returned with their original packaging and accessories that upon receipt will be inspected before issuing any refund or credit, if it exceeds this time we could apply a surcharge of 25% of the item or refuse to receive the return.

• El Aviador Models commitment will always be FREE SHIPPING available to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

• The delivery method is with the “Economy Shipping” service in USPS with an estimated time of 3 to 10 days. The Aviator Models will always do their best to make this time as short as possible.
